Welcome to Singapore’s first-ever 24-hour self-pickup kiosk, brought to you by Cakebar! Enjoy the convenience of picking up your favorite treats anytime, day or night. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all our customers, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following guidelines:


1. How It Works

  • Order Online: Browse our 24-Hour Self-Pickup Collection on our website and select your desired product..
  • Pick Up Anytime: Your order will be ready for pickup at our kiosk starting from your selected time slot.

2. Pickup Timing

  • Orders are kept in our kiosk for up to 24 hours from the start of your chosen time slot.
  • After 24 hours, the slot will be released to allow for other customers’ orders, and the uncollected cake will be disposed of to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

3. Freshness Guarantee

  • We prioritize quality and freshness. While we aim to ensure the best experience, please note that cakes left uncollected beyond 24 hours may no longer meet our freshness standards.
  • For exceptions where we extend the holding period, we cannot guarantee the same level of quality.

4. Missed Pickups

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you are unable to pick up your order within the 24-hour holding period, kindly let us know as soon as possible:

  • We will do our best to assist you in finding a solution.
  • However, if no alternative arrangements are made and the order remains uncollected, it will be considered forfeited and disposed of. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to manage space and maintain the service for all customers.

5. Responsibility

  • Cakebar is not liable for any loss of quality or spoilage due to delays in collection beyond the 24-hour holding period.

6. Exclusive Locations

  • Our 24-hour self-pickup kiosk is currently available at Katong Kiosk. Stay tuned as we expand this service to more outlets!

FAQs

  • Can I change my pickup time?
    Yes, but changes must be made at least 6 hours before your initial pickup slot.

  • What happens if I’m late?
    We will hold your order for up to 24 hours. After that, the slot will be released, and uncollected cakes will be disposed of.

  • Is this kiosk unmanned?
    Yes! The Cakebar 24-hour kiosk is fully automated for your convenience.
