Shipping & Delivery

  1. Customer should inform CAKEBAR and its staff of any order required to be delivered on a specific or fixed time outside of our set time range. Additional charge will be imposed for such request at the discretion of CAKEBAR.
  2. Customer MUST notify CAKEBAR’s staff of any changes in date, time and/or any particulars for a delivery service via Whatsapp or direct call within 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
  3. Upon receipt of a notice per item 1 above, CAKEBAR’s staff will confirm the changes and arrange accordingly.
  4. In the event customer failed to informed CAKEBAR of the any changes under item 1, CAKEBAR shall not be liable for any FAILED delivery nor guarantee freshness and completeness of foods due to prolonged or delayed in transporting the foods and exposure under inappropriate storage temperature and/or conditions.
  5. Additional charges may apply if customer requests to reschedule delivery date and/or time in less than 24 hours or after the original scheduled delivery time.
  6. No replacement, refund, discount, or any form of offer shall be allowed for any failure in delivery due to negligence of customer.
  7. We use third party delivery service provider to handle the delivery of our foods such as Pandago, Lalamove etc.
  8. Delivery to buildings (apartments, condominiums, malls, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, office tower etc.) that require security access may be out of scope of our delivery partner's services. Driver may hand over foods at the drop-off point or lobby of the building to the customer, or any representative of the customer.
  9. Customer shall ensure a person is available at the delivery address to collect the foods during his/her selected delivery date and time. CAKEBAR and its service provider shall not be responsible for failure of delivery, conditions of foods in the event the recipient and/or his/her authorised representative in receiving the foods is not available at the time food reaches the delivery address.

    Shipping Policy

    we have no refund once the sales of items delivered, under exceptional, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Any changes in delivery date and time if to make MUST notify and confirm with our staff using Whatsapp or call in 48 hours before scheduled delivery, in otherwise for any FAIL delivery we held no responsibility on the cake freshness due to pro-long hours in transporting to and flow / decision to abolish shipment / dispose of without any replacement.
