  • Serving shortly or later time: Upon received, place the cake in the chiller for storage. When it's time to celebrate, simply take it out of the chiller and serve.
  • Shelf Life: All cakes at Cakebar are preservative-free, offering a maximum shelf life of 3 days from delivery/collection. Prior to consumption, please visually inspect the cake as shelf life may vary due to fridge storage conditions such as temperature and moisture.
  • Best consumed within 1 Day: Maintain freshness for up to 3 days with proper refrigeration.

For Same Day cake ordering Info:

  • Serving instantly or shortly: Leave it at room temperature (+-28°C) for about 2.5-3 hours.
  • Serving later time: Leave it at room temperature (+-28°C) for about 2.5-3 hours. Then store it back in the chiller. When it's time to celebrate, simply take it out of the chiller and serve.

    We use advanced blast-freeze* technology to partially freeze our freshly baked cakes before delivery, maintaining their freshness, texture, and quality.
    *Blast freezing ensures cakes stay fresh, preserving texture and quality.

Handling & Transport:

By Car: Best transported by car for optimal temperature control.
Flat Surface: Keep the cake on a level surface.
Short Trips (<1h): Use air conditioning, avoid sunlight.
Long Trips (>1h): Use a cooler bag with ice packs. (Available for purchase.)

Delivery:

  • Available for orders ≥ S$25 (fee calculated at checkout).
  • Separate orders required for different delivery dates or addresses.
  • Ensure the recipient is available, as third-party drivers may not call. Otherwise, the order will be left at the door.
