➤ The Kori Series is served frozen and requires no thawing before consumption. If leftovers remain, transfer to an airtight container to prevent freezer burn or ice crystal formation. Store back in the freezer; it can last up to 7 days.
➤ If the filling feels soft, there's no need to worry. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour before consuming. The desired texture of the Kori Series is firm and best enjoyed when icy cold.

• By Car: For optimal temperature control, we recommend transporting our cakes by car only.

• Longer Journey (over 1 hour): Utilize a cooler bag with ice packs to maintain the freshness of the cake.(Note: You can purchase our cooler bag as an add-on.)
• Delivery is available for orders totaling S$35 and above. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
• If the Delivery Date or Delivery Address differs, please place separate orders.
• Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery, as we utilize third-party drivers who do not make calls to the receiver.
