Inspired by a light and whimsical charm, this elegant creation is delicately adorned with acrylic butterflies, adding a graceful and romantic finishing touch.

Beneath its graceful exterior lies a moist raspberry sponge with inner layers filled by gently tangy salted plum mousse infused with preserved plum for a subtle savoury lift.

At its heart, a textured pink guava compote that slow-cooked with Luohan guava , reveals a luscious, slightly pulpy mouthfeel with natural depth and fruitiness, complemented by a fragrant pink guava rose jelly topping for a delicate floral note.

Storage Info & Serving Tips

➤ Leave it at room temperature (+-28°C) for about 2 hours. Then store it back in the chiller. When it's time to celebrate, simply take it out of the chiller and serve.
